Jonathan Morley-Kirk Chairman
Jonathan’s career has been largely in Emerging Markets having held director positions with Midland Bank, Kidder Peabody, SG Warburg’s and Brown Shipley. Currently an active board member of five investment funds, he manages in excess of US$1.75 billion. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a Member of the Securities Institute, and a Member of the Expert Witness Institute. |

David Straker-Smith Non-Executive Director
David joined CrossBorder Capital in early 1999 having been
in the financial markets since 1980. His previous positions
include Director at Gerrard and National plc, Manager of
proprietary hedge book at Gerrard and National and Head
of Eastern Europe and Middle Eastern Equity sales at Baring Securities. |

Daniel Fox-Davies Managing Director
Daniel founded FDC in February
2001. Prior to that he held a
number of senior positions with
European Investment Banks
including Credit Anstalt in
Vienna, where he was Head of
Institutional Sales. After leaving
Credit Anstalt Daniel became
Senior Vice President and Head
of Emerging Markets for Bank
Austria in New York, covering all major Emerging Markets. |

James Hehn
Corporate Finance
James Hehn joined Fox-Davies Capital in 2005. Prior to this, James was an Associate in the Corporate Finance team at Canaccord Capital, Toronto (Canada). He has participated in both the origination and execution deal teams for European, Canadian and US companies. James' experience includes cross-border M&A and financing transactions in the mining & metals, energy, technology, and industrial sectors. He has a B.Comm. (Hons) from Queen's University (Canada), and is a CFA charterholder. |

Oliver Stansfield
Equity Market Broker
Oliver joined FDC in October 2004, having successfully gained an upper second degree in History from The University of Nottingham following his studies at Charterhouse School.
He is currently acting in a sales and trading capacity. |
